Healthy and Holy began in 2021 as a social media page aimed to bring inspiration, hope, and community to an audience of high school and college students navigating life as a Christian in the early stages of adulthood. After a year Healthy and Holy has gained hundreds of followers who tune in for entertaining reels, relatable devotionals, interactive stories, weekly blog posts and more. Healthy and Holy contains content full of faith and fitness and what it means to live a healthy and holy life honoring God with our bodies, hearts and minds. Healthy and Holy has branched out into an online boutique and couldn’t be more excited for the future endeavors God has in store!

We believe that God created young women just like you with a beautiful and specific purpose in life to honor and glorify Him. That can happen in many ways through the work of natural health and fitness to the study of His word and commandments. As young women we are called to the beautiful strengths of godly womanhood and we believe that a part of that is in how you dress. Godly womanhood is beautiful and lovely. We strive at H&H to provide fashion items that are trendy, cute and honoring to the commandants given to us of modesty.
